Fernando “Panama” Gordon is Raijin’s partner. As a teen, his father was murdered and Raijin, a beat cop who frequented the family bodega, took over the “father” role and helped keep Fernando’s rage from making him casualty of the streets. Fernando joined the force, made detective and became Raijin’s partner.
